The work "A Series of Unfortunate Events" shows a composition of Google-Street-View pictures, which the photographer has photographed from the screen of his computer. Thus the raw material of Google shots, which had emerged coincidentally, without any author, become his own pictures. The extreme picture details and geographic fade-ins giving the images a totally new meaning and effect. With his "Street View"-work Wolf continues his discoveries of triumphs and humiliations in contemporary city life, finds a balance between beauty and discomfort, between humor and fear and provides a complex commentary on modern urban life.
